It’s so exciting when you get to that time with your baby when you’re ready to start taking their first little tastes of the world of SCRUMMY food! We know that it can be quite easy to get carried away and start trying super exotic things, so we’ve pulled together our top 5 tastes your little muncher might want to try to set them up for super weaning success!
You’ll have heard the ‘oh he/she doesn’t eat their veg’ quote SO many times before, and that’s something we all want to avoid. Research has shown that the earlier you start giving babies veggies, the more likely they are to continue loving veg during weaning and beyond.
Full warning though, they probably aren’t going to enjoy veg from the off. But you must keep persevering with it, because it’ll be so much easier and better for your food monster in the long run.
